KeyboardHook should use the same keyboard layout to translate keydowns to key presse as the thread which receives the event.

The design time support is free for TabStrip, but runtime probably is not.
We'll need to implement dragdrop into for TabStrip runtime and then use it in the AeroTabControlDesigner (there's no way of reordering the tabs in the designer now).

the designer still uses Controls directly, the TabPages is only a "view" into that collection (er, into another collection really, but I'm working hard to keep them in sync :-))

page should have the same color like the bottom border of the selected tab. this will be even more important if we implement DWM colorization

I need to mimic TabControl's TabPageCollection and make the designer use it instead of plain Controls collection.
Also, there needs to be an AeroTabPageDesigner to prevent TabPages to be added someplace else than into a AeroTabControl.
